Are your ingredients 100% vegan and plant based?
Always made fresh, our products are 100% vegan and dairy free, prepared mainly from cashews, almonds, soybeans and peanuts that are processed in house and contain no chemical additives or preservatives. We take great pride and care about the high quality and hygienic preparation of our products.
Are your products 100% natural and organic?
All our listed products are made from high quality plant based ingredients that are 100% natural and mostly organic. Product information, ingredients and approximate nutritional data is available on our website in the Product section. As they contain no stabilizers or emulsifiers, there may be a small quantity of liquid present which is normal. This can be blended in or drained out for a thicker consistency.
Do your products need refrigeration?
All our products need to be refrigerated immediately on delivery and stored at 3–4 degrees Celsius.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our curds have a shelf life of at least a week and can be used upto two weeks. Cheese and butter stay well under refrigeration for 3–4 weeks. Dips and milks can stay fresh upto one week depending on their handling and storage.
Are your curds good for cooking and other food preperations?
Our curds can replace the dairy curd or yoghurt in any Indian or other recipes. They can be used plain, blended, in curries and marinades, to make dips, parfaits, fruit deserts and any other preparation that uses curd.
Where can I buy your products?
Our products are can be bought directly from our website. We are also listed on www.bigbasket.com, the online grocery portal, in the BB Specialty section where at present curds are available for delivery in select localities 6 kms around Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Our flagship product, Soy Cashew Curd is also available at I Say Organic store located at South Point Mall, DLF Phase V, Gurgaon and we plan to add more products in the near future. Do you provide home delivery for your products?
Home delivery is available for our full range of products. Delivery of our products is available in selected areas of Delhi / NCR at a standard charge of 75/- per order. Delivery to all other areas in Delhi / NCR may be available at an additional charge. Please contact us if you have questions regarding our service areas. Note: We take full care to deliver the curds in 'set' condition but they may arrive 'broken' depending on the road conditions. That however will have no effect on their taste and shelf life.
When will I receive my order?
The minimum time for delivery after placing an order is 2 days but can take up to 4 days depending on the schedule and availability. Deliveries are normally made Tuesday to Sunday between 9am and 2pm. Please make arrangements for receiving the delivery and making payment if you opted for Cash on Delivery. For special or urgent delivery a surcharge will be applicable that may vary for different situations and areas. For Gurgaon, delivery is mainly on Saturdays.
Can I place a subscription order?
Monthly subscriptions are available on advance payment. Please contact us for offers and any custom requirements. Any subscription delivery can be postponed to the next schedule of the same month or the next month if you are traveling or unavailable to receive your order. However subscription for each month needs to be separate if any more deliveries at subscription rates are required in that month. Please inform us at least 2 days prior to delivery day to cancel order and confirm postponement. The subscription payment will be due at the time of last delivery for each month if paid by cash to confirm renewal. If paying online, please pay a week before the first delivery of the month.
What is your refund and return policy?
We make great efforts to maintain the high quality of our products. As our products are perishable, they should be stored appropriately. If you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will be happy to help or replace if required.
Do you cater to any special dietary needs a customer may have?
All our products are lactose and gluten free but contain nuts or soy. As they are made on shared equipment and spaces please inform us if you have any allergy or intolerance to the ingredients. We will also do our best to substitute such ingredients as per your need.
